Returns

 

This is our returns procedure for products purchased in the UK from our website www.goodwoodscenics.co.uk.  If you have purchased Goodwood Scenics products from any other retailer or website please contact them seperately. 

 

If your goods are damaged or faulty, these can be returned for a full credit or replacement.  Please contact our team via email customercare@goodwoodscenics.co.uk with your order details and issues with the product(s).

 

You can return unwanted goods for credit within fourteen days of delivery for full credit via PayPal.  This credit is subject to the goods being accepted suitable for resale by our Quality Control team. 

 

You will be required to send the goods back to us for any return.  It is in your interest to ensure Proof of Posting as we will not be held accountable for non delivery of returned items to our address without Proof of Delivery.  The address to send returns to is as follows:

Returns outside the UK

 

The following procedure is for goods purchased from our website(s) www.goodwoodscenics.co.uk or www.goodwoodscenics.com which have been delivered by us to outside the UK. 

 

As per the above procedure, if your goods are damaged or faulty these can be returned for a full credit or replacement.  Please contact our team via email customercare@goodwoodscenics.co.uk with your order details and issues with the product(s).
