How much is delivery?

 

All UK orders now have £5.95 postage.  This charge may increase for highland and island areas.  International postage is calculated by weight in your basket.  To view the postage charge, add your items to basket and select your country in the delivery area of the basket page.

 

How will my items arrive?

 

Your order will be delivered by a UK courier which has been chosen by us.  Our chosen courier for parcels less than 2kg is Royal Mail.  UPS and Hermes are our preferred couriers for parcels weighing more than 2kg.  Tracking details will be sent in the order dispatched email.  International orders are sent fully tracked and insured and delivery is usually between 3 and 10 working days.  

 

Will a delivery note be sent with my goods?

 

Enclosed in your order will be a delivery note with details of the order quantities.

 

What happens if I'm out when delivery is attempted?

 

If you are out when delivery is attempted, then a card will be posted through your door to let you know delivery has been attempted and you will be instructed if you need to pick up from a depot or delivery will be reattempted on another date.

 

If I order today when will my order be delivered?

 

If you order today, your order will be delivered within 5 working days although the majority of our orders will arrive in 48H.  Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days of the order being placed unless otherwise notified.  If there are any issues which delay, you will be noted via email or phone as soon as we are aware.

 

Will you send my order with Proof of Delivery?

 

A Proof of Delivery signature will be available for request should it be required.  We reserve the right to change these delivery parameters without notice or permission.
