Hut and base included.  Lovely details such as the a/c unit, ladder tray and white boxes.  
The mast is 380mm tall to the top of the antennae.  The base is 82mm long by 36mm wide.

1 x hut
2 x hut accessories
1 x hut AC unit
1 x ladder tray connection
3 x 0.5mm piano wire lengths for antennaes.
